Return & Warranty Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused and in original condition.
* Item must be returned in original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Customized products
* Clearance items
* Items damaged by misuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Warranty Coverage

All arcade machines include a 12-Month Limited Warranty.

The warranty covers:

* Manufacturing defects
* Electrical component failures
* Hardware malfunctions under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

* Physical damage
* Improper installation
* Unauthorized modifications
* Normal wear and tear
